Mr Barbarito has had experience in the restraunt business for over 17 years on both the east and west coasts. After attending Arizona State University, he decided to celebrate his knowledge of Northern Italian cuisine and of wine at his own fine dining establishment, Assaggio. His young and vibrant staff shares his enthusiasm for the industry and is eager to perfect your dining experience, catering to your individual tates and needs. Phil's passion for food is only rivaled by his love for his family, some of whom work by his side, all with the same goal... to make your dining experience memorable as part of the Assaggio family.
